1. Scope
When a third-party site, payment page, AI platform, or external service has its own privacy policy, that service handles data under its own rules.
This policy applies when you visit Aitrack.sg, create an account, run Quick Scan, Quick Run, Full Audit, Health Check, Monitoring, buy credits, or contact us.
Aitrack.sg is operated by NEXAWORKS and helps Singapore local businesses understand visibility across answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, and Google AI Overview.
When you use Stripe, Supabase, AI providers, search providers, or other infrastructure for sign-in, payment, scanning, or delivery, those services may also process related data under their own policies.
2. Data We Collect
This data may be provided by you, generated by product use, or created by the infrastructure and payment services we use.
This includes email, name or display name, company name, account ID, sign-in method, authentication status, account settings, language preference, and access-control data.
This includes business or store names, websites, industries, regions, selected scan sources, monitoring settings, AI query context, scan results, citation evidence, report content, run timestamps, and usage records.
This includes Stripe payment status, transaction identifiers, credit ledger records, invoice or receipt context, IP address, device and browser details, logs, cookies, error records, and messages you send us.
3. How We Use Data
We do not expand use for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell your account data or report content.
We use data to create accounts, run scans, generate reports, save history, support monitoring, display dashboards, manage credits, and debug product issues.
We use data to authenticate users, protect accounts, rate-limit abusive requests, record payment status, prevent duplicate crediting, handle refunds or disputes, and meet applicable legal or accounting duties.
We use data to answer questions, schedule demos, handle partnership or customer-success conversations, send important service notices, and respond to privacy requests.
4. AI And Search Processing
Aitrack.sg relies on external answer engines, search APIs, and model providers to generate visibility evidence.
This usually includes business names, websites, industries, regions, selected sources, query context, and non-sensitive business information needed to produce the report.
Depending on the feature and sources selected, data may be processed by OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google/Gemini, Anthropic/Claude, xAI/Grok, Perplexity, SerpApi, DataForSEO, or similar AI and search infrastructure.
AI outputs can include public web evidence, search results, and model-generated content. We aim to keep raw provider errors and internal diagnostics out of user-facing reports.
5. Sharing
Data sharing is limited to reasonable business purposes.
We may share necessary data with hosting, database, authentication, payment, AI, search, email, logging, security, and customer-support providers so Aitrack.sg can operate.
We may disclose necessary data if required by law or to protect users, NEXAWORKS, Aitrack.sg, providers, or the public from harm, fraud, misuse, or rights violations.
If a merger, sale, financing, reorganisation, or asset transfer occurs, data may transfer as part of the business, subject to reasonable privacy-protection expectations.
6. Cookies And Payments
These activities support sign-in, language preferences, access control, payment confirmation, and duplicate-credit prevention.
Aitrack.sg uses necessary cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, language preferences, anonymous usage limits, and basic security. Disabling essential cookies may break sign-in or scan features.
We use Stripe to process card, PayNow, and other Stripe-supported payment methods. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers; payment details are handled by Stripe.
We keep payment status, transaction IDs, purchased credit packs, credit ledger entries, and necessary support context for credit delivery, refunds, reconciliation, and compliance.
7. Retention And Security
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to reduce risk.
Account, report, credit, payment, and support records are kept while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Logs and temporary technical records are deleted or reduced when no longer needed.
We use access controls, server-side secret management, encrypted transport, permission separation, log review, and vendor security capabilities to protect data.
When data is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise, or restrict it. Deletion from backup systems may take an additional cycle.
8. Your Rights And Choices

You may ask whether we hold personal data about you and request access to or correction of inaccurate data.
Where applicable, you may request deletion, ask us to restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent you previously provided. Withdrawing consent may affect product functionality.

We try to use providers with reasonable data-protection commitments and publish important updates on this page.
Cloud, AI, search, payment, and support providers may process data in different countries or regions. We take reasonable steps to require appropriate safeguards from providers.
Aitrack.sg is intended for business users, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
