The Billing page shows the credit purchase options currently available for the account, together with balance and recent activity.

Check the current purchase option

Open Billing to see available packs, current credit balance, and recent account activity. The page shows whether self-serve purchase is available for the account.

If a purchase option is not available, use the contact path shown on the page for help.

Before confirming a purchase

Review the pack price, credit amount, and account receiving the credits before confirming a purchase.

Successful top-ups appear in account activity. Payment or invoice questions can go through the support path.

Show pack price and credit amount before checkout.
Confirm successful top-up in account activity.
Provide a support path for payment issues.

Where to check costs

Billing / Credits is available from the profile menu. Paid tools also show their credit requirement near the run action.

This lets users check both the account balance and the cost of the next assessment before starting.
