Aitrack reports are observations from a point in time. AI systems, websites, competitors, and public sources can change after the report is generated.
Even if a report is still stored, the market can move. A competitor may publish new pages, Google may update AI features, ChatGPT Search may retrieve different sources, or the business may change its website.
That is why reports should be treated as baselines. They are useful evidence, not permanent truth.
Rerun after meaningful changes: new service pages, revised menus, updated contact details, stronger FAQ content, added pricing guidance, fixed schema, or new proof blocks.
Also rerun when the business enters a new market, launches a new outlet, changes its brand name, or notices competitors appearing more often.
Compare similar prompts and source sets. If the second report uses a very different source mix, the trend may be harder to interpret.
Look for concrete improvements: more owned citations, fewer missed prompts, clearer source summaries, and weaker competitor dominance.
