History, Privacy & Troubleshooting
Sometimes an AI platform cannot return enough usable evidence. Aitrack marks the result clearly and provides a practical retry path.
AI platform availability and response quality can vary. Public evidence for a business can also be stronger on one platform than another.
A limited result from one platform does not invalidate the whole report. Other completed platforms may still provide useful evidence.
The report uses clear language such as temporarily unavailable, limited evidence, or retry later.
Platform coverage reflects where usable observations were available, so the result does not overstate coverage.
If one source is unavailable, review the rest of the report first. If the missing source is important, rerun later or run a narrower set of sources.
If several sources return thin evidence for the same business, the issue may be public evidence quality rather than a temporary source issue.
