How long are reports available?

Report history lets users reopen recent work, compare what was generated, and avoid losing important findings immediately after a scan.

What history is for

Audits & Reports keeps recent generated work in one place. After a run completes, the report opens for review and is also available from history for later access.

Use history when you want to reopen a recent output, check its date, or return to the business context.

Retention expectations

Current report content is available to users for 30 days. That is long enough for most users to review, export, or act on a recent report.

After content expires, the report record still shows its generation and expiry times. Rerun the assessment to create a fresh version.

Use history for recent reports.
Export important reports before expiry if needed.
Rerun after major website changes.

How to compare reports

Only compare reports that test the same business and similar source sets. A Quick Scan preview and a Full Audit answer different questions, so they should not be treated as identical records.

Dashboard trend should focus on relevant Full Audit records for the profile company.
