Reports & Metrics
Priority actions should turn evidence into a clear next move. They should name the page, the missing proof, and the reason it matters for AI answers.
A useful action is specific enough for a business owner, marketer, or agency to execute. It does not say only improve content. It says what to improve and why.
For example: add delivery fees and delivery area to the product category page, make outlet opening hours explicit on the contact page, or add an FAQ that answers a missed buying prompt.
The best first action is usually the one closest to revenue, booking, foot traffic, or trust. If a missed prompt is high-intent and competitors are winning it, that fix should rank higher than a cosmetic page change.
Actions should also consider effort. A small contact page fix may be faster and more valuable than a large content project.
After making changes, rerun the same type of report using a similar source set. Look for clearer citations, fewer missed prompts, lower competitor pressure, or improved recommendation rate.
One fix may not change every source immediately. The aim is steady evidence improvement, not instant perfection.
