It is not meant to replace paid runs forever. It gives enough evidence for a user to decide whether deeper credits-based reports are worth using.
Use free scans on real businesses, not throwaway tests. A good first scan can reveal whether AI mentions the brand, cites the website, or recommends a competitor.
If the free scan shows a meaningful gap, use the deeper scan page to decide whether Fast Check, Full Audit, or Health Check is the right next step.
Once free scans are used, the credit requirement is shown before a deeper check starts.
